Stayed at a lovely property called Casas Botelho Elias and had a fantastic experience. Rita and Pedro, the hosts, were absolutely amazing. The stunning setting of this hotel, surrounded by vineyards and with the river nearby, was truly breathtaking. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the railway station and local restaurants. The fact that it was set back from the road made it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. Additionally, the owner, Rita, made us feel very welcome and provided us with useful information about trips and dining options.
We encountered some issues during our stay, mainly with the hot water. It was unpredictable at times, which was quite inconvenient.

The apartment was incredibly clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the town centre, restaurants, bars, and the vintage railway station. - One of the best aspects of the hotel was the private balcony overlooking the beautiful vineyards and olive groves. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
There were some stairs at the hotel, which might be a bit of a challenge for some guests. But I understand that it's common in this area.
